Biography:Once the great leader of the Mekura clan. He is said to be the greatest ninja that the Mekura clan has ever produced. He loved to fight strong opponents, and his skills are incredible. WHile searching for strong oppanants to fight, he ended up killing several members of his own clan. He soon left the leaf village, because he became bored with the fighters there. As he tried to leave Otoku and several of his relatives tried to stop him. All of them died expect for Otoku, Sakura , and his brother in law who he left unharmed. He has an affinity for Wind, Lighting. Becuase of the the Eikyuugan, and his amazing speed, His is feared throughout the ninja world as Konoha's Blind Death.

During Skip:
During the three years, he has been taking on missions for yakunan, as well as help in the training of th etwo kidnapped ninja. fearing the potential of Sakura's Eikyuugan , he also began to train himself very hard as well. During the time of peace in Konoha, his power had weaken. Because of his strict training , he is almost physically on par wit himself when he was at the very top of his game, he is also around superior to hiself in his prime, because he has more experience. Biography: She had a normal life with normal friends. She was and still is always in a playful manner. Her dream is to basically show how strong she can really be. She's very energetic and loves to make friends. She also wants to start training in becoming a medical nin, but isn't always taken seriously, although that is one of the things she does take seriously. She is better with ninjutsu and genjutsu than taijutsu.

After Time Skip: After skipping/not being in the chunin exams 3 years ago, she vowed to greater her skills. In this 3 year period time, her mother died of a disease, which slowed Hisa's ambitions down. After finally getting her mind in the right track again, she slowered in her medical dreams and more focussed on her weak point which is her taijutsu skills. The first year passed, and she became clever in some taijutsu, and soon went back to her medical training, which her taijutsu training should help in her medical carreer. She fully concentrated the remaining two years on fully masterring her medical skills, although she only learned a couple o ftechniques, not even masterring them. Although she is now still a genin, she feels like she is very close to being a chunin, and hopes she will succeed in the chunin exams this year.

Biography: as a child in his village he was teased in the academy for being the worst ninja there. after he graduated he bvegan failing simple missions. he then began training hard all by himself. once the chuunin exams started he almost died in the second stage. a few years passed and he graduated to chuunin. then he started to realize his true potential and surpassed everyone in his age group. he was the first jounin of his age group. a few years later no1 in his age group was a jounin yet, when he became Raikage he challenged the 9th hokage and lost and then people lost respect for him he then killed all of those that teased him, along with any1 that tried to stop him. he killed 3 jounins, and ran off from the village, tracker ninja have been seen chasing him, but they all die soon after. he is believed to be from Kumogakure but not everyone knows this, some people say hes from the hidden mist since he uses the water clone. shortly after the mission to kidnap 2 academy students from konoha, Yamato was killed by Hatashi.

a year after being killed, Hatashi revived Yamato. he explained he had killed him in order to test a new jutsu that had worked. it also powered up yamato dramaticly. after training intensly he is said to know be able to take on satoe head to head. he is now very interested in the yakunan goals, and hopes to take over the world alongside his comrades at some point in time.

Biography: His father died the day he was born and his mother gave him his baby wolf Chuumaru. It's name Chuu=friendship/loyalty maru=Boys name. Backlash graduated from the academy at the age of 12 and has been training with chuumaru for the entire year in preperation of missions. He has mastered some of his clan jutsu's and is still training. he usually keeps his cool.. but he does have anger issues which could get him in trouble.. his dog is a light brown/grey color

Juujin Bunshin - Beast-Man Clone rank D (First the clan member and the familiar may ingest a soldier pill to help their strength and stamina. Then, acting in conjunction with the clan member, the canine familiar will transform themself into a copy of the clan member. While in this form they can accomplish many of the same techniques as the original.)

Shikyaku no jutsu-(rank D)chakra begins to emit from the body of the clan member and they take on a more canine-like appearance. These body changes give them increased speed and agility.

Gatsuuga- Dual piercing fang Rank C. Gatsuuga is a supreme Taijutsu technique of the Juujin Bunshin style of combat. After the familiar transforms into a copy of the clan member, both the familiar and ninja will begin a spinning attack. The preferred time to attack is when their opponent is showing an opening. Using this chance the fast rotating of the two attackers will cause a damaging impact on their opponent when they connect with their claws. While using this technique, both attackers are able to rotate and strike from multiple angles.

Dainamikku Maakingu - Dynamic Marking-When their canine partners release a stream of urine on their target, the clan member can use their excellent sense of smell to locate their target no matter where they are. The urine itself is more dangerous than normal urine, because of its burning and strong sticky qualities.

beast-man pinball-after sending the opponent into the air backlash and chuumaru hit the opponent back and forth to each other at high speeds ending the combo with a gatsuuga into the ground.

Hari Jizou - Underworld Guardian Spikes (Rank B) after forming the needed hand seals, backlash's long hair will grow in length to surround and protect his body. In this form it also becomes ridged and spiked, forming a layer of protectiong from direct strikes and blows.

Garouga- (Rank B) one of the ultimate Taijutsu techniques of the Inuzuka Clan. The technique is a super-spin and it uses up a massive amount of chakra, rendering the ninja and his dog almost helpless should the technique fail.

Katon • Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu-mist waltz. (Rank unknown). The ninja does a string of hand seals and then proceeds to blow a large combustible mist at the target. When the mist hits flame, it will ignite in an explosion of fire.

Inuzuka Ryuu Chinjuu Konbi Henge: Werewolf- Inuzuka Style Rare Beast Transformation: (rank b). This unique Konbi Henge is used by the clan member and their familiar, transforming them into a large mystical creature. in backlash and chuumaru's case a large werewolf. This is backlash's personal variation.

Inuzaka clan jutsu: Wolf earthquake (Rank B)-After transforming into Backlash's and chuumaru's werewolf form. They jump(or Tsuuga) high into the Air and do hand seals to build up chakra. Then they come down at high speeds with their hands above their hand and slam both fist into the ground causing the ground in a 15m radius to crack open like a earthquake. Can be used to set up another move not yet developed.


Lightning Gatsuuga/Garouga (rank B for Lightning gatsuuga) (rank A for Lightning Garouga)-The same as the regular gatsuuga/Garouga except before they the attacks begin backlash moves a large amount of Lightning chakra to his hands, then does the attacks adding elemental damage to his attacks

[Raiton] Lightning Feet (rank D)- increases his speed and agility, and increases power of kicks by adding lightning damage to his attacks

[Raiton] Lightning Fist (rank D) - increase speed and power of punches.

[Raiton] lightning style-1000 strikes taijutsu (Rank A)-After using lightning feet and fist jutsu and eating a soldier pill to have the necessary speed to consistently attack an opponent. Both backlash and Chuumaru participate in this taijutsu. They combine punches, kicks, and slashes with the added lightning damage. once done the body is worn out and chakra is nearly completely depleted

[Raiton] lightning storm 1000 bolts Genjutsu (rank A)- After the necessary handseals Chuumaru will howl and meet eye contact with the opponent, then the opponent will see a thunderstorm appear overhead. He will see himself being struck by lightning but it will actually be backlash and chuumaru using 1000 hits taijutsu. The sight of seeing the lightning and feeling the pain will cause metal stress maybe even cause the person to pass out. If not the actual attacks themselves will cause severe damage

[Doton] Dochuu Eigyo - Underground Fish Projection-(rank C) Doton • Dochuu Eigyo is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. the shinobi hides within the earth.

[Doton] Doro Gaeshi - Mud Overturn (rank C)-Doton • Doro Gaeshi is a defensive Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After striking the ground with their hands, a large wall of earth will rise into place as defense. The defense is not perfect though, a hard or drilling impact can puncture the wall.

Wow. I think it's actually creative how you made your own variation of the double headed wolf. But it still has the same drawbacks and powers of the original, right? Or is there something more to it?

Biography: Mika has lived alone since she was small in an apartment. Because of her Bijuu she is treated unkindly and mostly ignored by not only her clan, but the whole village. She never knew her parents as they had been killed when trying to protect her, then she was taken by them. Mika is a sad and lonely girl because of who she is and the seal which carries her Bijuu, but because of it she has great power, she just doesn't know it yet. She was adopted by the Hokage not long after starting the academy and has been living with him ever since.

Personality: Nikamara is shy and quiet and doesn't talk much unless talked to first. Always has a smile on her face, but hides how she truely feels from everyone else. She is kind of a lone wolf and wasn't the most popular girl in school because she is so quiet.

History: Nikamara lives with her mother in the hidden village of Konoha...her father died when she was two and her mother never recovered and became mentally unstable. Because of her mother's condition she has had to grow up fast and take care of her. Even so she always found time to practice her chakra control and jutsus and though always busy has always shown remarkable progress in her training. As an only child and having to take care of her mother, she sometimes had trouble keeping up in school, but always did her best without help from others. Found out she had a demon inside her after her mother died, called Shade and can manipulate and create shadows. She had been taken during the Chuunin exams by the Yakunan and has been with them since.

Bio:
Saeeri was experiemented on by Hatashi when she was an infant. She has
Shukaku the one tailed Tanuki in her. When she was on 8 people would
look at her funny. Saeeri had no clue why, but many of day no one would
talk to her. She could never sleep, adults turned away from in
disquieting hatred. Even her parents believe she was unloved. So one
night, when everything was quite. Saeeri left the village. She didn't
know where she was headed but she was leaving a place where she was
hated. After 3 long days and 4 freezing nights, Saeeri passed out in
front of Konoha front gates. She was picked up, and take care of to rid
of the sickness. An elderly couple took care of her till she was 9,
when she left with out notice. Now she is a genin of the leaf village and has a friendship with Sanashi.

Biography: He is one of the best ninja in his clan. He has trained in medical jutsus as well as his bloodline techniques. He has lived a normal life and hopes to become a anbu captain. He trains real hard and is dedicated to becoming a ninja. Him and Kimuru expect great things in their life. He has grown a lot over the past three years and is capable of doing a lot more. Kimuru has also grown a lot and is able to speak perfectly like a human. Sendo has become more and more like his partner Kimuru. He can speak like a dog so no one can understand what him and Kimuru are talking; he can also smell much better then most dogs. He has become very advanced in his medical skills. He thinks that with his medical skills and taijutsu plus his bloodline moves he will become the ultimate anbu captain.

-Kage Shuriken no Jutsu (Shadow Shuriken): A technique which places a second shuriken in the shadow of a first (thrown) shuriken, confusing the enemy. Rank: D

-Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique): This ninjutsu creates a shadow clone of the caster, but it can only serve as a decoy. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, Bunshin no Jutsu created clones can't attack, since they don't have physical mass. As a result, if they are touched by the attacker they just disappear. Although this technique may seem useless, if used correctly it can create an almost flawless imitation of the ninja, while the real person hides in the environment waiting for a chance to strike. -Genjutsu Kai (Genjutsu Release): A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses their chakra and screams "kai" or "release." They can perform it on themselves or on others. It will effectively ward off most Genjutsu, unless extremely powerful or when used in conjunction with an advanced bloodline. Rank: E

-Kawarimi no jutsu (Body substitute skill): It's implied in the name. The user switches his or her body with a plant, animal or anything for that matter. This is used to escape dangerous situations such as many sharp projectiles being flung at the person. Sometimes you can damage your opponent with this attack even. Rank: E

-Henge no jutsu (Transformation skill): A basic shinobi skill. Transforms the user into another different appearance. Whether they transform into another person or turn into a material thing such as a shuriken, doesn't matter. Rank: E

-Douteki Saitentei (Dynamic Air Marking): A Ninjutsu technique that may only be effective to the Inuzuka Clan. The ninja's dog will spin through the air, urinating on various targets, which the ninja and their dog can then track by scent with their superior olfactory senses. This technique is exclusive to the Inuzuka clan.

dude I'm going to tell you this before flame gets on... you can't have a jounin your not active enough. DO you see how many post I have, and I don't even have a Jounin, well I do but he a bad guy so it really doesn't count....but the point is that you can't have a jounin, all new people start as genin. besides starting off as a genin gives you more of a sense of accomplishment any way then staring out as a jounin off the bat.

bluewingedD is right. u cant have a jounin cuzz ur not really active. u only have 23 posts, and cuzz the rules state EVERYONE starts off as genin.

im not really that new and i dont think after three years my character would still be a chunnin

augh... everyone wants to make a jonin >_< we've heard it enuf.. EVERYONE has to make a genin or acad student.. no matter how active... i the most active membs on this site and only have one jonin which i have because i posted the just about the DAY this whole site was made.... the rest started as or are genin or academy students.

ok no one has moved to jounin rank i made a new rank list which was stertemind on how the user was active and how the char is rped and has grown and is rounded no one is near jhounin lvl another year or two Otoku would be ready your inuzuka is no where near that lvl.

Biography: Itari was born from a family of missing nin. His mother and father ran from the Mist village after they were ordered to be assassinated. They hid out for 5 years. They went to another village after Itari was born. He always wanted to be a ninja but his parents wouldn't let him. When the academy was getting ready to accept kids he joined anyways. His parents were mad but also happy but didn't show it. They knew they couldn't do anything to stop him so they let him stay in the academy. During the 3 years he trained real hard. He managed to pass the genin exams and learn some new jutsu. He helped a lot in the rebuilding of the village. He hopes to become a chunnin soon but if worried more about his squad. He got a lot better at his taijutsu skills.
