First of all I want to state a few rules.
Every NEW member starts out as Rank Genin
Jutsu's like, Rasengan, Chidori, Kage Bunshin etc etc can't be learned from thevery start, their high level Jutsus that require allot of Chakra.
You can only decide actions for your own char, unless given premision by the other.
The story sets a good 80 years after Naruto became Rokudaime Hokage.

Since this is a sign up thread I would like to point out that only Character Bios and posts that regard to approval or things that need to be changed in the bios are allowed in here. For questions or comments we
have a Current Events thread.

This is how it's going to work. To graduate and become a genin you need to raise 100 points in two sections and 110 in the other two sections. The two sections you have the most in will determine your strenghts when you become a genin and what you will be able to learn eaiser. To get your points you should PM me at the end of the week telling me what your char did during the week. (You get 5 points automatcilly for rping. The rest of the points depend on Training,Lessons and classes taken,spars if you have any.)

Biography/Ninja History:

Takashi is the son great-grandson of Sauske Uchiha. Takashi’s mom was killed by his uncle because she was not of the Uchiha clan; she became part of it by marriage. She was part of the Munta clan. Takashi grew up thinking his mom was killed on a mission, but when he became a jounin, he found out the truth. At the time, the shinobi nations were holding a shinobi tournament. After a long fought war. He entered and fought hard until he reached the semifinal rounds, which he had to fight his uncle, who at the time had become a sand shinobi because of a transfer. It was a long brutal battle but at the end, he won. He dreams of finding his true love and rebuilding his clan. He is known as Konoha’s Speeding Flame for combining the fourth hokage’s Hiraishin no Jutsu (Flying thunder God technique) but except for the thunder element it is a fire style. As a jounin, he became recognized as "Enkou Joutei" Fire God's chosen one He is now the 10th Hokage of Konoha also known as the Juudiame Hokage because of the assignation of the ninth Hokage he has made it his goal to find the killers of sensei. He is known for also mastering his sharingan.

During Time skip

During the time skip Takashi helped rebuild the village. He trained and learned many more jutsu. He has set a goal to pass the third Hokage in learning and mastering all of Konoha jutsu. He also helped trained his daughter Mika and is a father of here kids now. Two of them are now three years old. He has a son and a daughter that he has been training since they became two. He teaches them how to throw kunai and shuriken. He also plays with them and helps them learn basics with ninjutsu card games and puzzles and triva.

Biography: As a child he belonged to a small farming family. His parents sent him to the academy hoping to give him a better life than they had. He never speaks of how or when he became blind, but through years of practice, has learned to use touch and his excellent hearing to get a clear picture of the surroundings. Many thought he’d never become a great shinobi because of this disability but he showed his determination and that nothing can stand in the way of you and your goals. He initially never planned to become a Jonin, he simply wanted to prove his worth even with his disability. He became a chunnin at age 15 and worked as a courier-nin and messenger for the Hokage. Once he was captured by rouge ninja and beaten mercilessly for information about a war that had been going on. He refused to divulge any information and escaped by tricking the rouge ninja into thinking he wanted to join them and that he would help them get the information they wanted. After this, he was recognized for his abilities as a ninja and promoted to Jonin. He is very wise in his actions and tries to think out every situation he’s in for the best possible way out. He is always ready to fight for those he cares for, but refuses to fight for his own personal gain. He is quiet and thoughtful, but not shy. He is always ready to help others who ask for it, but also likes to have time alone. He seems to be hard on the genin he teaches and usually they see him as insensitive and cruel at first, but his methods of teaching have proved potent and some of today's strongest genin and chuunin have recieved training from him.

Description: Hitori has long black hair and matching grey eyes, however, when the bijuu occasionally rises up they turn yellow and slitted like a wolf's. He is an average height and slightly slim for his age, not too noticeably though. He wears worn black jeans and a tan shirt with a tanish-yellow jacket over it. He also normally wears socks under his ninja sandals and carries a notebook virtually everywhere. He keeps his arms wrapped up in bandages AALLL the time and keeps unnoticeable packs of senbon on his upper arms under his shirt sleeves. They drop needles at Hitori's command so he can use them quickly and at a moment's notice.

Biography: He lives in a small family and is an only child. His parents offered him to be experimented upon by Hatashi as an infant. The four-tailed wolf, Yonbi, was sealed inside him and once he was old enough to understand, his parents told him about it. They made him swear to never tell anyone about it since it would cause all sorts of trouble for him, and the village in general. His mother is always gone at work and his father is a busy chuunin who's usually off on missions. Hitori gets ignored most of the time by his family and as much as he hates it, spends most of his time alone. He has to care for himself in everyway, however, his uncle sometimes cares for him and trains him as well. He has very cruel ways of training and is rather abusive toward Hitori. On a daily basis Hitori must train with his senbon. If one misses he must take the needle and stab it into his arm. He must leave it there for the rest of the day so it will hurt more, leave a more permanent scar, and remind him that failure is unacceptable. Due to this he has lost almost all feeling in his hands and wears bandages over his forearms at all times. He learns quickly and is very energitic when he wants, but usually sits around all day lazily. He has slowly grown to hate his parents, his uncle, and most of the the village. He hides it and acts like he's just another kid, which usually ends up in him becoming just another face in the crowd. He feels like he'll grow up and do something wrong simply out of frustration and fears his own future. To others he may seem very cold and insensitive. He refuses to let his emotions show and can be very arrogant at times. He doesn't have any goals at all. Simply to survive and enjoy himself as much as possible.

After skip:
He had been kidnapped during the chuunin exams two years ago and trained under his and the Yakunan. He learned his clan's bloodline at a slightly young age than usual. His senbon aim has only approved and now is deadly accurate. He now wishes to learn a few genjutsu to work with his doujutsu and further heighten his abilities. He missed Mika greatly but slow began to forget her and now is rather cold and hard again as the Yakunan taught him.

Description: He is and now is about 6ft, He has naruto's spiky hair style ecept it's light brown. he has three compartments of medical supplies(made by his Sakura) on his left arm, one near the wrist(which contain two antidote pills. they counter poisions that are known to the Konoha village and their allies), two near the shoulder(one containing 10 stamia pills that restores little of yor chakra. the other contains 10 solider pills) . symbol of their clans crest on each pants leg, and compartments for kunai, stars and other ninja tools. he also has two Katana on his back. Also wear very heavy ankle weights.

Biography:.Son of the Mekura clan's leader, and most power ninja in their clan's history, Satoe Mekura. He is said to have an I.Q. of 200 now. He graduted from the academy at the age of 5.He became a chunnin at the age of 13. he is also masterd the second stage of his clans kekkei genkai, the Eikyuugan (eternal eye). He is also now an execllent wind use , and has improved his skills with fire and earth elements as well. He is also improved is skills with a katana blade.He now weilds two Katana blades. He hasn't learned how to summon his family guardian, Shujinmogura ( Lord Mole), yet. He has also mastered the Neko branch of Anbu style of fighting, and is a master of the Mekura clan's fighting style. He is currently the second best member of Anbu, second only to the Anbu Captain. Otoku is known thought out Anbu and the leaf village for his amazing speed at such a young age. He may not be the fastest but he is well on his way. During the skip the Hokage seeing great promise in Otoku began to teach him the Thunder God Techique. He mastered the techique after long grueling hours of training.

During Skip:
After the yakunan Disrupted the Chunnin exams, and he was defeated again by his father. He and Sakura secuded themselves, only coming out for missions. They trained endlessly, only stopping for rest and food. The only people that actually were in contact with them were their mother, Kizu, and Ishimaru. If there wasn't a mission are something important going on then they were not seen. During this time Otoku focused on increasing his Eikyuugan power, and his learning the Fire Cyclone. He learn it and several other jutsu during this time. He has perfectly mastered his wind and lighting element, he is now in the process of developing Jutsu for his lighting element. He also continued his weight training weight that Hayato started him on. He's speed has increase tremedously, making him one of the fastest Ninja in Konoha. Even though he has become an Elite Jounin.He is now a key member of Anbu. The number one ninja in his bingo book is his father Satoe.

Biography: As a young boy, he had average grades and was given his dog at the age of 13 when he graduated the academy. He graduated from the academy at the age of 13 because he failed the exam the year before. His dog partner’s name is Raiyou (Rai-you). He is currently 14 years of age and still a genin. His hopes are to become a chunin by this year and a jounin at least by 17. His main dream is to be an ANBU squad captain, but knows he has a long way to go. Him and Raiyou are very skilled together and inseparable. They both hope to go far together and achieve their dream.

After the two year period, Ichitoru and Raiyou have become a lot stronger. Although wasn't very involved with the event that happenned at the chunin exam, he still takes it to heart. Raiyou, his dog companion, is now bigger and changed in ways Ichi has. They both now are a little more serious about things, seeing how now Ichitoru has become a chunin. He feels as if he needs to be much more mature, although he only matured a little bit. He is now 170 centimeters tall, as the picture above shows how big Raiyou is. They have both grown not only in size and maturaty, but in strength as well. He now found it more reliable to also learn more jutsu then his clan's, as well as the clan's special summoning (PENDING). He also now carries a set of pills. The pills he carries are food pills, chakra pills, soldier pills and plasma pills. He carries 5 of each every time he leaves his house, although he only uses the soldier pills for him and Raiyou when in battle. He intelect has raised than before, and e now thinks different as well. His I.Q is above average, now making him better for learning strategies. His age is now 16, and he now actually acts his age. He jokes around less, although always having a small smirk on his face. Although more mature and older, he now has more of his life spended on girls, older ones at that. [lol]

Biography: As a child who wasn't in the academy, Zetsumei was always alone. It's not that he didn't want to make friends, but it just seemed that no one liked him. His father and mother died when he was a young child, and he was left in the care of his aunt. He now ives with his aunt and he helps her with her yard and house work. Now being enrolled int the academy at a late age, he hopes to now makes at least a couple of friends. In his free time, he mostly reads or helps his aunt with her work. He is a shy and quiet boy who gets red easily.

After the two year period, he continued in the academy, as if nothing happenned in the chunin exams, because he wasn't really involved in it. He graduated just a small while ago and still continues in his training as if nothing ever happenned. Zetsumei is also now a little more outgoing. He is less quiet and smile much more. Although not on the 'Naruto' level of loudness, he is more talkative. Although he does wonder what happenned to Hitori. [lol]

She out her forhead protector on the scarf she has on, at the neck area,she has compartments on the side that hold basic nija tools along with throwing knives which are lanced with a powerful poision that parazyles her oppanant. She also has a dagger on her back.The dagger on her back is also laced with this poision. She uses a katanan as her main weapon, she has laced this with poision as well.

Biography: The Younger sister of Otoku Mekura, she looks up to her older brother and wants to learn form him. She has shown early signs that she may be able to use the Eikyuugan, and she has unlocked and mastered the first stage shortly after graduating and has awakened the second stage. The second stage is still ver new to her. She has been recorded to have an I.Q. 210. She dreams of becoming better medical ninja than her mother was, and of becoming one of the greatest medical ninjas to come out of the leaf village. She has trained with her borther Otoku who has taught her how to use a sword, she is profenient with the Mekura sword fighting stlye, with the help of Otoku she has discivered that she has an affinity for wind. She also is also a skilled Genjutsu type. She is helping Otoku create a Genjutsu that can even fool the Eikyuugan sensing abilities. She has yet to enter the chunnin exams because she doesn't feel that she ready yet.

During Skip:
Sakura dedeced herself to training with Otoku after the second attack by Yakunan. She now has an IQ. of 250. She trained endlessly with Otoku, only stopping to eat,and go on missions.Training against Otoku made her develope faster then she would normally had. While training with Otoku she improved her genjutsu skills. She even developed a few of her own.During their traing otoku made her sign the Mole contract. She dedicated a certain amount of time everday to have her mother train her in medical jutsu. She is now hoping to become an Anbu, in order to help Otoku track down and kill Satoe.

Biography: During the yakunan attack on the village, Sanashi's parents were killed during the attack on the chuunin exams where they had stopped by on their way home to watch. For a time Sanashi became severly depressed and lasted several months before he adapted to his new lifestyle, he is a good cook for his age but is too lazy to fix anything nice, he is also a decent housekeeper and the house that he lives in now looks the same as it was before his parent were killed.

Sanashi has calmed down but otherwise is still the same sanashi from three years earlier.

She dreams of becoming better medical ninja than her mother was, and of becoming one of the greatest medical ninjas to come out of the leaf village. She has trained with her borther Otoku who has taught her how to use a sword, she is profenient with the Mekura sword fighting stlye, with the help of Otoku she has discivered that she has an affinity for wind. She also is also a skilled Genjutsu type. She is helping Otoku create a Genjutsu that can even fool the Eikyuugan sensing abilities. She has yet to enter the chunnin exams because she doesn't feel that she ready yet.

During Skip:
Sakura dedeced herself to training with Otoku after the second attack by Yakunan. She now has an IQ. of 250. She trained endlessly with Otoku, only stopping to eat,and go on missions.Training against Otoku made her develope faster then she would normally had. I know she's supposed to be some super girl, but I still think it’s too much that her Eikyuugan is that strong already. A much more plausible thing to say would be... "Her Eikyuugan has already surpassed Otoku's Eikyuugan". Potential and uber are two different things... In addition, Genjutsu and Medical Jutsu are different things, so an ability that greatly improves both is kind off unfair. Pick one...

Physical Description: Yakunen Luna has waist-length hair with a black hole-like colour to it. The hair strands merge together to form long spikes (Much like Envy’s hair from Full Metal Alchemist). He has a cute, thin and androgynous body with a slightly white complexion to it. His leathered bat-like wings are ice-white and big. His sharp pale-blue eyes and slit pupils compliments his cute face in some weird way. Under his Yakunan cloak, Luna wears a black-purple belly shirt with two slits on the back (For his wings) and a black-purple miniskirt with a small hole on the top (For his tail). He also wears two fingerless, black-purple gloves with a traditional Yin & Yang symbol on the upper side, and two sock-like cloths on his feet that reveal the toes.

Personality: An upbeat and loyal person, Luna is surprisingly childish for his age and rank. He’s shy around most people and doesn’t talk very much. Even so, he will try to make a sad situation better by cheering up the people around him. He hates it when he is left out of things, and can react to it in very childish ways. He doesn’t know much about the world outside of the Shinobi life, so most things that would bore other kids and teens, are usually fascinating and cool for him. He likes the members of Yakunan very much, even if they don’t like him, and will do almost anything they ask of him to make them happy (Especially Hatashi). He has many other childish qualities, but they’ll be revealed later (In other words, when I rp).

He easily becomes envious of other people, especially if it’s other children with happy pasts. If he meets another kid and teen, he will most likely enter a state of anger and sadness, blaming and attacking them.
The one thing he hates the most is when someone mentions his clan. He has and will presumably always hate them, though he loves his deceased parents and teacher. When he’s on the battlefield and missions, his personality doesn’t change that much to the surprise of many. He has never felt any qualms when killing people, so he will simply attack and go for the kill if asked (By Yakunan members or something). He is extremely defensive of his cats, Suki and Yuki.

History: Four months before Luna was born, his mother was transferred to the outskirt of Otogakure, where she willingly went through some experiments to enchant her babies power. She was a member of the Kuroshiro clan and sister of the clan leader’s spouse. She thought that her husband, who had been ’kidnapped’, would be brought back if she did these experiments, and one weak before the baby was born something happened. It seemed like the one who manufactured the whole event was her husband, as he wanted to make the perfect baby using lost technology of Orochimaru. The clan leader found this out and he immediately sentenced Luna’s father, and the people who worked under him, to death. This was not only because of the experiments, but because they had captured people and experimented on them to train themselves.

The mother never got over this, and her sadness together with the strain of giving birth to a mutated kid was her death. The kid was born with two wings and a tail, but as an act of honour, the clan leader and his wife adopted him. They raised him as the heir of the clan and even gave him a cat, which was born on the same day as he was. The council wanted to use make him into a secret weapon as they saw potential in his altered body, but the clan leader wanted to give him a normal life. In the end, they mixed their ideas and came to an agreement, though neither party was happy with it. The kid was never to go outside and show himself to people, but he could live a mostly normal life with his parents and some other relatives. Surprisingly, the family’s cat gave birth the same day he was born.

He grew up with a mostly normal together with family and cat, but at the age of five, the council had his parents assassinated. With no one to object, the council decided to train him. In the next four years, his sensei and cat was the only people he could talk with. When they realized that his sensei was helping him, they replaced her with an almost emotionless man. After two years of training under the man, Luna managed to flee and get away from his clan with his cat. His old sensei helped him as he lived in the forest, but she soon had to break contact with him as the council found out about them. One year later, his cat gave birth to two twins, a black boy and white girl.

One day Hatashi Munta found him sleeping on a tree with the cats lying around him, his wings and tail exposed. Hatashi was naturally interested in Luna’s body, so he woke him up and talked with him. Luna was too tired and hungry to flee, so he let Hatashi help him back on his feet. When Luna finally got healthy, he was almost addicted to Hatashi and followed him around like a loyal kitten. This was of course what Hatashi wanted and he gladly ’pretended’ (He may or may not like him now. I don’t know) to like Luna, knowing that the boy had potential to become strong. Hatashi made Yakunan sometime later and Luna became a member together with the others. He grew to like the other members, though not as much as Hatashi. When he was fifteen, his cat died giving birth to twins, a black boy and a white girl. He always has those kittens together with him.

Clan description: The Kuroshiro was originally a clan of the Cloud village, but fled to Mist after a losing battle against another Cloud clan. It’s one of the few clans that survived the clan massacre of Mist, and they soon became an accepted clan as very few were born with their bloodline.

Bloodline abilities: The clan members who inherit the bloodline (Called Zenbi) are born with an altered body. They have an extremely flexible and hollow skeletal structure and almost superhuman dexterity. They can (Just an example) remain in a crouched position for a long time and perform contortionist-type feats with almost no damage to their body. Their great dexterity allows them to manipulate items (Swords, sticks, everything) with both hands and feet. In addition to this, they also have glowing eyes that grants them a slightly better night visions than normal. The members (Who inherit the bloodline) also have a prehensile tail, allowing them to grab onto objects with relative ease. The tail is strong enough to not only support their body weight, but also lift an adult man completely off the ground, and is deft enough to fight with as a sword or blunt object. The tail will re-grow in a week or two if something happens to it (Cut off or something).

Luna is the lucky inheritor of a mutated and better Zenbi. His skeletal structure is even more flexible, and he can perform incredible acts without causing any damage to his body. His dexterity is almost superhuman and allows him to do almost everything with either hand, both feet, and his tail. The most amazing feature of this mutation is the leathered, bat-like and superhumanly strong wings on his back, that (Combined with his hollow bones and mostly fat-less body) gives him the power of flight. The wings, much like him, have an extremely flexible bone structure that enables Luna to press them to the back of his torso with only the slightest bulge visible under his clothing (Even though he's only wearing a very small belly shirt). Much like his tail, the wings will re-grow in a week or two if something happen to them. His constantly glowing and superhumanly sharp eyes grant him perfect night vision, the ability to see in the infrared spectrum and they can withstand high-speed winds, which would damage the average human eye. His lungs can extract oxygen from the air at high velocities or altitudes, and he can cope with the reduced temperatures at high altitudes for prolonged periods of time.

i understand thethe part about the eikyuugan potenal, so I edited that part already. But for the medical and genjutsu I figured since both require great chakra control, the higher the chakra control the better they would be at it, but I guess your right I'll change it up in a minute.

Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, some Taijutsu and some Kinjutsu all require great chakra control, but they are still different. Hell, Naruto has some incredible chakra control, but he still sucks at Genjutsu and has no talent in medical stuff.

During Skip:
After he heard that his rival Hitori had been capture, he dediced to work himself even harder.
