DS- the dog summoning jutsu im going to say no to because you could just sign a pack with a reg summoning jutsu for those so no, and ovbiously rank matters so no on what you can summon because thats just a reg summoning pack.

Blue- yes to everything except the last two.

Hf- no to the first jutsu because it should either be less easy to control or B ranked because the rank is too low i think.

what's wrong with the last two

not really. u can vary the strength. and when its too fast it will be really weak. so basically there is no point in using it at that speed. but i dont really care so its b rank now -.-

at least change the rank then HF

and Blue no to the last two cause i think its too much like gmodding, maybe tweak them a bit.

i really wasn't thinking about that when i made it but now that you mentioned it does seem like it. except for the fact that it's a huge illusion.

well yea...i really don't see a few flowers doing jack. the only reason byakuyas cherry blossoms do somthing is cuzz they are actually little blades that look like charry blossoms cuzz of the light...

yeah normally flower petals wouldn't do anything, but sense this is an illusion, pretty much anything can happen.

yea ik...thats why it has to be a genjutsu cuzz the only way to kill somone with a cherry blossom is to make them laugh their asses off at you until their ribs pop for having such a crappy weapon...

Name: Double Headed Typhoon

Description: This attack is an enhanced version of Man Beast Typhoon. After the user and dog companion fuse together to make the double headed wolf, they spin in a rapid rate (Garouga), they slam downwards into the ground, still spinning at a rapid rate (Man Beast Typhoon), making a giant tornado. This tornado last a long time, and sucks in objects from 20 meters away and closer. If anything gets caught in the tornado, it would be completely destroyed. If a person were to get caught in the tornado, they would be seriously injured along with cuts all around them, maybe even dead. This technique is exclusive to the Inuzuka clan, which only about 3 clan members and their dog companions know it at the moment.

Description: The user wraps their arms and legs with Lighting chakra. It is used to enhance their attack. part of the body that it hit, or touched by the gauntlets will be come numb. and if the opponate is hit in the same spot enough times that partically part of the body will become temporaly paralyze. The draw back to this jutsu is that if the user uses it for too long then the parts of the body that the gauntlets or wrapped in will become temporaly paralyzed. When fully mastered one can fight with the gauntlets for about 15-20 mins, without filling the effects.


Name: Raitingu Taihou(Lighting Cannon)

Description: This jutsu moves extremely fast but no where near the speed of actually lighting. It is also very power on can senge through even the toughest rocks. This Jutsu is very powerful, but difficult to aim, it requires, intense training and concentration in order to aim with accuracy. When it fires a large number stof reaks of powerful Lighting, that fire out. The user has to use there chakra to control all these bplts to their target. This Jutsu can only be performed while using the Teaser gauntlets. Only thoughs with the infinity for Lighting can learn this jutsu, and they must be tought by Otoku is is currently in developement of this Jutsu.

Name: Multiple Drill Tornado technique

Description: Using a puppet with drills or very sharp knives. The user makes the puppets drills or knives spin in a very fast circular movement which is also powered by the users chakra. He then launches the puppets drills or knives at his opponent and controlling them with chakra strings. He is able to control the spinning knives or drills with the chakra strings and the more chakra he feeds into the drills or knives the faster the spin and the more deadly the technique.

Does anyone accept the jutsu or can we just use them? =/

Name: Secret Arts: Double Duo Wolves Technique

Description: Just as the Double Headed Wolf Technique, this technique simply makes two gigantic wolves that are single headed. The have the same qualities and set backs as the Double Headed Wolf, although they may be able to manuever a little better and their jutsu may be a little weaker than the original.

Description: After transforming into Backlash's and chuumaru's werewolf form. They jump(or Tsuuga) high into the Air and do hand seals to build up chakra. Then they come down at high speeds with their hands above their hand and slam both fist into the ground causing the ground in a 15m radius to crack open like a earthquake. Can be used to set up another move not yet developed.

Description: The same as the regular gatsuuga/Garouga except before they the attacks begin backlash moves a large amount of Lightning chakra to his hands, then does the attacks adding elemental damage to his attacks

well... for mine... the lightning one... sure but the earthquake no.. because you can't transform into a werewolf lol and for the lightning one you need the affinity

Yeah sure. You could use mine if you want. but I'm going to becoming up with one or two that you can't, because for one, they're really weird and meant to be speacial, and two, I'm going to add Ichitoru's affinity as well as Raiyou's traits.

Name: Secret Arts: Double Transformation of the Hidden Style

Description: This technique is one where only one person and his dog companion can use at the time. This technique may be taught to other people, but most likely not. This technique is an extreme last resort technique, because of it's after effect. This technique, first of all, requires an Inuzaka member and his dog companion. Almost like the Double Headed Wolf Technique, this technique fuses a user with his partner, making one whole being. Instead of being a wolf, this technique allows them to stay an almost human form. After transformation, the user's hair grows out to at least further than their neck, their nails become more as claws, sharp enough, with the strength of the (new) user, to destroy a boulder. Their teeth become natural fangs, such big fangs as to where they can not close their mouth to the fullest. Their eyes become blood red, and their pupil becomes black and slit like a wolf's. They grow a tail and dog ears, in whatever their dog companion's color was. A blue and red chakra follows them around, and their body parts are covered in the chakra. Their strength, speed, agility, chakra, over-all power, and all five senses increase 25x. Their voice becomes dark, and even their personality may seem to be changed. Also, in this form, they still have the usage of jutsu and techniques. Also with the new found chakra, the user can summon all of that new chakra into one punch (kick, etc.) for a final and deadly blow. (This form also helps Ichitoru's affinty for wind, making his clan techniques not only stronger by this technique, but by his affinty as well.) THIS FORM CAN ONLY LAST UP TO 10-15 MINUTES. IF TIME IS EXCEDED, IT MAY LEAD TO DEATH.
The down side (or after effect) to this is great. After transforming back, they user, (only the user. Not the dog companion), becomes too weak to even stand, none the less move. Their chakra is reduced to almost zero. Their body aches from the tightened muscles they used, and probably, in a worst case scenario, they could probably die. This technique is not to be taken lightly, and must only be used under dire, hopeless moments, (such as about to be killed anyway).
