Jutsu Creation Section

Ok i made this section for jutsu that people make on their own through hard training. Th eonly way your character can create the jutsu is after weeks of training, which mean spost a lot for thei training or learning of the jutsu id ont care if it's a blood limit either thank you and have fun. Everyone who mad i custom jutsu in the jutsu list post them here an delte them from the original jutsu list, which i will make only for jutsus shown in the manga and anime.

Yasei Hirate (wild/feral palm) : This is a hand to hand fighting style that focuses on stunning or delaying your opponent and then sending a finishing blow. Users use many quick jabs and punches to stun their opponent for long enough to deliver a slower, and much stronger attack. They'll do anything they can to delay their victim, such as traps, clones, feigning attacks, ect. Anything that can hold them off to send a stronger, crushing blow. When defending they will use their opponents attack against them and reverse them whenever possible. ex. If some one tries to sweep out their feet they'll catch it and send a countering kick. If they try to jump over them they will grba them out of the air and smash them into the ground. This fighting style doesn't require an ungodly amount of strength like Rock Lee's (sry, can't remember what it's called), instead it requires excellent reflexes in order to reverse attacks and stamina to outlast their opponent. (this was inspired by the game 'Lugaru' if any of you know it)

Sune Taihou (leg cannon)

range: 5ft
a slow yet powerful single attack. The user will charge their opponent as their fastest speed. They will then jump and bring both legs up in front of them. Utilizing the momentum of the running and jump along with all their leg power, they will kick out out at the opponent and backflip off them to land comfortably again. If they time it wrong it can hurt the user as well though and landing wrong could be bad as well. This tends to be the last attack they attempt and ends the battle immediatly.

Getsuei no Nakaba Sumasshu (half moon smash)

this attack is rather like a short combo. The user will send multiple blows to the victims stomach to wind them and stun them. They will mostly likely hunch over and then the attack is effective. The user will roll to the victim's side, put a foot under their stomach and do an axe kick, throwing the victim with it. It will smash them into the ground on their opposite side and most likely stun them even more so or make them pass out. This may be harder on heavier opponents and requires a bit more strength than the other attacks, but can be VERY effective.

Sebone Kujiku (spine crush)

This one can kill or disable an opponent immediately and requires little strength compared to the other attacks, but is by far the hardest to pull off. It was developed as an assassination move that required no weapons or chakra use. The user will have to get immediately behind the victim by the means of stealth, distraction, or whatever. They will stand with their back to their victim's and reach over their shoulder to grab the victim's neck. They will then lift them and whip them down into the ground in front of them head first. This can immediately kill or atleast knock the victim unconscious, not to mention injure them severely.

Level 6- Heat from Hell: After a glance at the opponent, the user is able to create a scene of hellish proportion, recreating the opponent's worse experience. The experience is furthered by an increase of the heat in the area until the scene dissolves away to leave fire all around the opponent.

Flame unique jutsu-

Dark Flame Users
Chakra Flame: A highly destructive flame that burns through chakra points on the opponents body. The flame can only burn up chakra, not the actual points, but it causes little pain to the opponent, only wakens them.


Light Flame User
Healing Flame: Uses the chakra of it's user to heal the user or a specified target. Amount of healing is proportional to the amount of chakra used.

The reason this would be useful is that, with multiple puppets, the more you have, the less control you have over each since you only have 10 fingers of which to control (in Kankuro's case in the anime) 3 puppets. Would get difficult... With this technique, you would have MUCH less control over the first puppet, but MUCH more control over the rest...

Notes: Yes, I know I wouldn't be able to do it for like... forever, and I know it would require AN EXTREME AMOUNT of chakra control, but the idea was fresh in my head, so I thought I'd post it...

Description: After the use of "Man-Beast Clone" And "Four Legs Technique", the user and their dog partner start spinning rapidly (Gatsuuga). Once these steps are complete, they both move in a spiral together. This starts to create a tornado and if the opponent is caught in this, they will get cut and hurt badly. Summon one: Meiun no Suzume (sparrow of DOOM!!)

This summons a sparrow (duh). It looks exactly like a regualr sparrow but can speak and talk with humans. It is rather annoying and insulting at times. It's comparable with Gamakichi or Gamatatsu from the Gama summons. He's not good for much and always begs for treats for his 'noble deeds' as he puts it...

Summon two: Taka Supai (Falcon Spy)
Rank: D
This summons three falcons, which can be used for tracking, spying, delivering messages, and ect. They are slightly larger than the size of normal falcons and have better eyesight and can fly fast for long distances without rest. They are not meant for battle, only for the uses stated above. Cannot talk and are only smart enough to follow simple instructions.

Summon two: Kage Karasu (Shadow Raven/Crow)

This summons a large jet-black raven. It's roughly the size of a grown human if rounded down  :-\. It can carry an average weighted human and flies fast. It can be used for quick travel as it can be ridden. It flies much faster than the falcons in summon two, almost untraceable at its top speed. Since it is so dark black, it can pass by nearly invisible during the night, even with a rider. It has sharp talons, but is not meant for battle. It can do damage and distract the opponent, but it’s hopeless against ranged attacks. It speaks like other summons and is as intelligent as a grown human, though is very clever and tricky.

Summon three: Hitofuki Washi (Gust Eagle)

This is an eagle about three times the size of a human with an amazing wingspan. It can carry two average weighted people, but doesn’t fly as fast as summon two. It is meant more for long-range battle. It uses its large wings to blow gusts of wind at enemies, like a stronger version of ‘Great Breakthrough Jutsu.’ It can use other simple, wind based jutsu and has sharp talons for battle. Its screech can cause temporary deafness in close ranges or can simply distract the enemy. It speaks like other summons and (if measured by human standards) has an I.Q. of 200. (looks like Shikimaru's got competition.  ;D :-\

Summon four: Hannya, Hitomukashi no Fukurou (Hannya is his name, the rest means ‘Owl of Ages’)

This is an owl roughly four times the size of a human. He could carry four or five people easily, but wouldn’t stoop to such a level as to carry a human about. Hannya is incredibly strong and deadly in combat. He can use minor wind techniques and can channel his chakra into others and manipulate it to help repair damaged tissue. In simpler terms, he can heal other’s wounds, much like the ‘mystical hand jutsu.’ He carries a large broad sword across his back, which he uses occasionally in battle. In return he demands the complete respect of others and the first time someone summons him they must answer a riddle, if they cannot he deems them unintelligent and not worth his time. Hannya is incredibly wise and knowledgeable. He can analyze any situation and find a weakness in any opponent, which makes him an even more deadly foe. He communicates to others through speech and telepathy occasionally.

both of them look good id say but the your chars are going to have to work for those jutsus depending on their levels even the c ranked ones must be learned and im not talking you learn them in a couple posts im talking you actually show that you trained those chars to work on them, especially the harder ones.

EDIT: Those summoning jutsus have to be worked on as well, i dont want you to make contracts with them one right after the other and suddenly be able to summon a really strong one, so those will be developed along with your char.

Name:Futon:Kaze no Surasshu (Wind Release: Wind Slasher Jutsu)

Description:The user of this jutsu requires a katana blade or some kind of cuting blade larger than a kunai. The user slashes down with his weapon, then he consentrates his chakra into the wind that is being make by the slash to release a slicing wind the length of the slash made by the katana(Horizatally, vertically, or diganolly). This wind created by this attack can cut though just about anything. And can be used up to 5 times in quick succession.

Description: The users makes several Hand Seals, and inhales, and blows out several sharp ended colums of wind. These colums of wind can cut through flesh easly and is evn able to cut the surface of rocks, and the columns are the same thickness of a kunai. This jutsu when launched looks similar to the Pheonix Flower Jutsu, but has more distructive power.

Description:This Jutsu is the equilalent of the Water clone, Earth clone or sand clone jutsu. This Jutsu was created by the Mekura clan And is taught to novice wind users of the clan. Because of their high afinity for wind this is a low C rank jutsu inside of the clan, and a high C rank jutsu for those outside of the clan that use it.


Name:Futon:Kuuki Bushin Kaze Yari(Wind Release: Air Clone Wind Spear)

Description: The user creates a air clone and the air clone transforms into a spear, the user then throws the spear. The transformed spear does not return to it's orignal state, instead when it makes contact with anything it busrt into a slashing wind, or the user can burst the spear when they see fit. This wind has the destructive power to cut through human flesh, and it has been said to leave small cuts in the surface of boulders.Only people with the affinity for wind and the ability to create air clone can use this jutsu.


Name: Fuuton:Tenshi Indou (Wind Release:Angelic Requiem)

Descirption: User, creates swords in the air above thier opponates, using wind. These winds blades have the power to cut through just about anything. After creating the blades the user can rain them down on his opponate. The number of lades that can be created depends on the users chakra level. Must be thought to you by Otoku.

Summon Animal: blind moles ranging in sizes from normal size to gigantic, can also summon parts of the moles habitat.

Animal Boss Name: Shujinmogura (Lord Mole)

Animal Information: All the moles have different abilities and weapons equip for them. All the moles are either a dark brown, or a jet black. Of course Shujinmogura is a light brown color with silver streaks; he wears a black cape on his back. His wears a metal gauntlet over his claws, making them razor sharp. He also has a variety of earth jutsu’s, and is a little smaller then the size of Gamabunta. These moles are blind but they can feel and sense their they enemies through the vibrations in the ground and in the air.

Contract Information: Make contract by signing name in blood on a scroll, only the elite members, and prodigies of the Mekura clan are allowed to sign this contact.
Summon performance: draw blood from yourself and make the tiger, rabbit, boar, horse, and ox seal. Place out the hand your signed the contract in, then tada. You have a giant mole.

Buraindo Kaze Dageki (Blind Wind Strike): This is a Taijutsu style developed by the Mekura clan. It focuses on quick powerful strikes, use to overwhelm the enemy. The styles involve hand to hand combat and weapons combat. Some of the more skilled fighters also involve dual weapons into the style. The more advance moves focus on incorporating the Mekura clan's Speed Burst, to make the attack quicker and more lethal. The style works on short and quick twitch movements to catch opponents off guard. The defensive aspects of this style work on reading the body movements of the body to predict the attacks of the opponent. It focuses more on parrying the attack rather then blocking so that it will open opponents up for an attack. There are four rankings for those who are trained under this style. They go in this order, Beginner, Familiar, Expert, Master.


Attacks:
Gizagiza Kaze (Jagged Wind)
Rank: D
Users: Beginners and over
Description: The user Charges forward towards the opponent. They fake a hard punch downward to the face. The use the momentum of the fake to lean there body all the way down and send a backward kick that curves around towards the opponents head. From that kick the user uses the same leg and whips the kick around in to a super upward kick that will send opponent in the air vertically, not horizontally like rock lee. This move is nearly impossible to predict or dodge. It is usually used a set up move of some of the more advanced techniques.

Keiteki Kaze (Whistling Wind)

Users: Beginners and Over
Description: He user spins rapidly ( like Haku at the beginning of the fight with Sasuke). They then send a sweeping kick followed immediately by a side uppercut. If the sweeping kick is avoided, or dodged the uppercut will still have a chance of hitting. If the sweeping kick those hit, the uppercut will hit in mid air, and send the opponent spinning thought the air. The rapid spinning of the user adds power to the blows and when the opponent hot the ground the sinning they experienced well have them disoriented.

With weapons just insert them where there would be a punch. And if it hits after the sweeping kick has connected. The opponent will be seriously cut, or ripped in 2.



Genwaku Teikiatsu (Blinding Cyclone)

Users: Familiar and over
Description: The user runs sends a quick spinning back hand towards opponents head. The user can then either fakes out the opponent and sends a powerful sweeping kick, or attempts the hit with the back hand and sends a sweeping kick afterwards. Either way the Attack will end with a powerful sweeping kick. If the sweeping kick is effective the user will send a turning axe kick slamming into their opponent’s gut, before they hit the ground causing more damage then they would have f they let them fall first. This attack will more then likely out an opponent unconscious.

With sword the user will send a fake spinning slash to the head followed by the sweep, then followed by the downward slash with their swords instead of an axe kick.

Gekido Kaze(Raging Wind)

Users: Familiars and over
Description: This one is more of a continually combo, after parrying an attack. The User parries the enemy attack downward. As the enemy’s body is being moved downward, the user leads the opponent with the parry into a knee that will be drive into the face. Then as the target flies backward, the user grabs hold of them and pulls them back into a another knee. For there the user drive a left hook into the opponent’s side. They then spin to gain momentum and power. They spin heading to the other side of the opponent and sends a powerful uppercut to the jaw. This Taijutsu will knock opponent out usually if majority of the hit land, especially if the last upper cut hits. It’s very difficult for an opponent to counter this attack since it begins from a parry that knock the opponent off balance and catches them off guard.

For sword users the attack is the same, except insert the weapons after the two knees. If used with a weapon, damage will be increase significantly.

Kaze Moui (Winds Fury)

Users: Experts and up
Description: The user takes over from the completion of the Jagged Wind. The user use’s speed burst to greatly increase their speed. They appear in be hide the enemy in the air. They then grab the enemy and spin the around in the air. They then use the momentum of the spin to launch the enemy onto the ground. For here things vary. Still using speed burst the user appears below the opponent and sends a mighty uppercut to the gut. The power of the hit will multiplied several times over because of the throw.

For the ones who use swords will use the swords instead of their fist to finish it off. This will cause major damage with a weapon.


Shippuu (Dasshu Hurricane Dash)
Rank: A
Users: Experts and Up
Description: The user uses several speed burst in this one. The user will charge towards opponent faking a straight on attack. They will then use a speed burst to move to the side and send a punch to the side of the opponents face. Using another speed burst then appears be hide the opponent and sends a fake punch to the head followed by a powerful spinning side kick. These kicks well send the opponent sliding across the floor. Using a last Speed Burst, the user well run to the side of the sliding enemy. They then grab the enemies head and continues to grind their head into the ground. The user will then let go of the head, and immediately send a kick to the down enemy. This attack is extremely difficult to avoid. If it is successful the enemy will be either die, completely out of commission, or to disoriented for the head trauma to put up a decent fight. This also takes a lot of chakra out of the user, living them tired, if the attack is completed.

There is no weapon vision to this one.


Shippuu Buraindo Moui (Hurricane’s Blind Fury)

Description: Using the speed burst the user becomes incredibly fast almost untraceable. Putting a large amount of chakra into speed burst the user becomes untraceable by all put the Sharigan. The user wells on the opponent from all angles. They then send an uppercut into they gut. They then appear above the air born any enemy and will send a crushing blow to the opponents head. As the opponents hit the floor the user will then appear next the floor bound enemy and send a kick to their side. The kick will make the enemy fly across through the air. The user will then appear be hide them again and send a finishing blow of, their choose to the enemy’s back. This attack takes everything out of the user. Putting so much chakra into the speed burst will have them completely drained of chakra. They will be so drained of chakra till the point that it might be dangerous. If the opponent is hit by the attack they will have no chance of putting up a fight. And there's a low chance of surval.

When using a weapon it well be the same thing, except insert a weapon or weapons where they fit in. There is no chance of surival if this is the case.

woah woah woah, this is a lot of jutsus for a clan and im hoping you dont plan on giving your char all of them at once, especially if its a genin it can start out with maybe two of the lower ones, but there are a couple i dont like and dont think you can have, the air clone, the wind spears only because their to much like a couple other ones, the hurricane dash because it just sounds like a combo of speed and attacks which i think any taijutsu person can work up to, i doubt a C rank jutsu could be deadly and even B rank i think is pushing it, other than that i guess they are ok.

The taijutsu stuff can be used by anybody who uses that style. It's not limied to just the mekura clan. Anyone who wants to learn the style can learn it, as long as their trained by someone from the Mekura clan. It would just be more difficult from them to preform th parts that use speed burst.

And anyone can use the wind jutsu's, The only thing limited to the mekura is the the blood line stuff, that under mekura clan jutsu.

Summoning Description: An averaged size wolf. this wolf is a dark grey and is covered in black armor and weapons. His armor can block a lot of attacks making him good for defense. [A very funny wolf indeed.] This wolf does have the ability to talk, although doesn't speak too much.

Summoning Description: A wolf about twice the size of an averge wolf. This wolf has battle scars all over him. His teeth and claws are sharp for combat attacks. When he roars, it strikes fear into his opponents. This wolf has great speed and is good for travelling purposes, as it is big enough to carry the master. This wolf does have the ability to speak, although when he does, it appears his mout doesn't move.

Summoning Description: is about 10 times the size of a regular wolf. It's left eye has a vertical scar on it and is closed. This gigantic wolf is dark grayish and has many scars around his body. This wolf has an affinity for wind, and attacks are based of wind attacks. His roar can push an enemy extremely far back. By spinning rapidly, he can also make a tornado. He has great speed and large fangs an claws, making his good for physical attacks as well. He could change his roar into such that as a flame thrower, if ignited with a fire attack from the summoner. His complete loyalty is hard to gain. You need to prove to him that you're strong enough for him, and then he would consider being you're boss. His great title is the wolf king. This wolf does have the ability to speak, none the less in a loud, deep voice.

Description: Sakura makes hand sign, and focuses chakra into her hands. She then uses the Eikyuugan to sense the chakra flow of her opponent. She then strikes them with her in of her hand and sends the chakra she accumulated through her opponent to disrupt there flow, causing the jutsu to take place. The actually genjutsu cause the opponent to feel excruciating pain. The opponent began to see their flesh being pulled and burnt off, they will also feel about 1/2 of the actually pain, of their flesh being pulled and ripped off. This well cause extreme mental break down, the enemy weaker enemies will usually faint from the mental collapse. Even if they manage to escape they will feel fatigued, because of the mental strain. The peeling and burning of the skin represents the opponents mental state. The more skin that is burnt off the more the mind decays. When the entire body has been stripped of it’s skin the mental state of the victum will be very weak, they still have the ability to fight but they will be hindered by their mental state. The seriousness decreases if the jutsu is canceled before then. To escape this genjutsu, requires concentration, which will be difficult for the victim to accumulate because of the pain. But it can also be released by someone else focusing there chakra through you, or a force that is outside of the genjutsu, like cut yourself with a weapon are causing some kind of minimal damage to yourself. Sakura has not mastered this justu and is still developing it. This will be the end result.

Description: This genjutsu requires extremely immense chakra control. Sakura is able to perform this because of the first fully master female Eikyuugan. Those who do not possesses the female mastered Eikyuugan, (which probably no one will) can still learn this jutsu, but it will be extremely hard to learn,added on to the difficulty of it already being a S rank Jutsu. The jutsu is performed by Sakura placing a curled fist up to her mouth. She then opens her hand and blows. Cherry blossom petals come flying out in the millions. Once the opponents see the petals, it means that they are already traped in the genjutsu, but they will not notice any change. The blossoms well swarm the enemy and cut them deeply,the victim can of course attempt to dodge, but the number of them will make it difficult, even though it's an illusion they well still feel the pain. When the petals clear after hitting the opponate, the opponent will be tied down with ropes of the very petals that cut them. Razor sharp thorns will then spike out for the petal ropes, piercing the opponent. A very powerful wave of electricity will then be shocked out of the spikes. After the shocking is complete, the ropes well tighten, and then pull apart, ripping the opponent into tiny pieces (all of this is illusion). This will result in a mental breakdown, the opponent will usually not be able to continue fighting, and if they can they're mental state well greatly hinder they're abilities, but they can recover from the mental damage done over time(a days rest). Each step is signaled by a hand motion and chant given by the user(For example the first step is called Sakura Strom). You can only do one step per post. Meaning that it will take about 3 posts at the the least to complete the jutsu. The later steps can only be activated after your opponat is hit by the petals. This Jutsu can be dispelled is by someone forcing their chakra into the victim, or with extreme consentration, another genjutsu users will probably have a better chance of releasing it. Can only be cast one person at a time.

Nenshou Gensui (Burning Decay) is far too powerful for an A rank jutsu. Any Genjutsu that brings permanent damage should be S-SS rank... Actually, I don’t think permanent damage with Genjutsu is allowed. Both jutsu are like killing an opponent, and you need the member’s permission to do something like that. A good idea would be if they weren’t permanent. Sakura’s Savagery should probably last longer than the other jutsu, but permanent is a no…

Another thing... Sakura’s Savagery seems to be a “Win no matter what” jutsu, unless two people are fighting you. All Genjutsu can be broken, but the stronger it is, the harder it is to break free. Maybe you can just remove the limit (About how many times you can use it a day), to compensate...

Description: this jutsu creates a lightning bolt of varying power and speed. the user can control how fast the bolt goes. the bolt can reach the speed of light, and it can go as slow as a slug depending on what the user wants. if you are a low chuunin level this jutsu will not allow you to control the speed. it will goes at a speed of 80mph. the power of this jutsu also depends on its speed. if it goes at sluggish speeds then it will be extremly powerful, but almost impossible to hit. if it goes at the speed of light, then it will be extremely weak, but almost impossible to dodge (usually only an extremly high level uchiha/hyuuga, or kage level can dodge and thats saying a lot.) at these speeds the bolt will merely shock u, depending on how powerfull the user is it might just paralyze u temporarily (1-2 posts). No one can control this jutsu's movment. it goes in a straight line by nature.

Description: the user performs 55 hand seals (takes 3 post) to perform the jutsu. after doing this, a dragon made of complete lightning will decease from the sky (the lightning was formed into a dragon by the chakra) and is controlable by the user. this jutsu takes lots of chakra and chakra control. only high level jounin from the hidden cloud are taught this jutsu. once the jutsu is perform the user will be able to control the dragon untill he/she disperses the dragon, or untill their chakra runs out. the jutsu moves at regular jutsu speed, but has huge powers. direct hits can be fatal.

Name: Lightning Release: Lightning Storm Jutsu

Description: the user uses chakra to summon dark clouds and form a lightning storm. the user can then chose to power up the lightning (at the cost of speeding it down) or leave it as nature intended it. the user can then control the falling lightning and make it hit pretty mugh anywhere in range, including himself if he so desires (not really smart thing to do though...). if the user has low chakra control, then he might not be able to fully control the lightning, so using this would become a risk to himself. the jutsu will last untill the user disperses it or runs out of chakra. the user can summon more clouds if clouds begin to disappear (requires more chakra.) this move is taught ONLY to the cloud villages Raikages by the retiring Raikage, and is passed down from Raikage to Raikage. the jutsu was lost when Yamato took control of the cloud village, massacred it, and left. The jutsu can still be learned if a master sharingan warrior sees yamato perform all the handsigns, and every detail of the jutsu. Yamato can choose to leave out some parts, and the sharingan warrior would not completely learn the jutsu.

One thing wrong about the lightning bolt thing... If something moves at the speed of light in Naruto, it is impossible to dodge. In the Naruto-verse, moving at the speed of sound is incredibly amazing, you know. At the speed of light, the bolt could hit you several times before you even notice the pain...
In one interview, Kishimoto said that while they (People in the Naruto-verse) have TVs, fridges, cameras, etc, they don’t have guns. The reason they don’t have guns, is that Kishimoto doesn’t want to overpower the ninja (Making them able to dodge bullets).

The other jutsu are fine.

well thats why i decreased its power. if u make it go at thew speed of light then it probably wont even sting u...but if ur a weakling and the guy who uses it is strong then it might paralyse u...but i don't think ill be needing to use it on mere genins anyway me being in yakunan and all....i know what u mean though....and som1 could easily deflect it at that power if they have good reflexes too...

Description: this jutsu was created by Yamato, shortly after his resurection. he first summons clouds to shoot lightning, but instead of shooting it at the enemy, it goes down straight at him. before hitting him he uses chakra to mold the lightning into a ball surrounding him. the ball is hard to penatrate since it is 100% pure lightning, and chakra holding it together. one way to destroy it would be to somhow destroy the chakra holding the lightning together. this is proabably impossible since the chakra is on the inside of the ball. this jutsu is known only by Yamato and can be taught only by yamato.
