Story:


The Year is 2032, world has become controlled by an evil
dictator that goes by Julius DeMoore. He began as a mild manner man, who saw
the world before him crumbling from chaos of super powered humans and aliens.
He took that as the spark to get his plan running.


He devised a world ruled by the average human to control all
super beings. This idea went into effect
by first getting an amendment to keep all super powered beings to only use
their powers ias long as they don't interfer with the U.S government. The bill was passed and all normal
humans praised Julius.


Soon Julius began to gain power. Day by day Julius’ plan
began to come together. Soon people were electing him president and soon he was
kind of five countries. By 2040 he had the money, the power, and the respect. He
soon had laws making him dictator for life and every country loved him. Soon
people were forced into equal labor; Communism had spread throughout the world.
Super beings were either forced into poverty or sent to The Academy.


After a while, a group super humans and beings couldn’t take
it anymore. They soon formed an alliance. With their alliance they
plan to over throw Julius and create a world where everyone was equal and free
from a supreme ruler. They called themselves, the Teen Titans.



Setting:


Set in the year 2042,
two years after the Teen Titans had been formed and had an established ground
in the society. They are splint into sectors around the world. For the North
American continent they were separated into four sanctions. North in Canada, South in Mexico, West in
California, and East in New York.

All Titans are forced to stay out Julius DeMoore's business. But that won't stop them .



Everything is set in a rebellious
yet secret society, you don’t sign up for the Titans, your recruited.








Locations:


Titans Tower (Base):
These “Towers” are set above ground where Julius let them set up but he
only lets them fight crimes that he allows. Mainly Robbies and other
minor crimes. They are shaped in either a ‘T’ or a tower like structure.


Jump City (Titans Original/West): The City of Titans West,
Very Busy and has a more relaxed summertime feel. Very common robberies and the
day to day villains with abnormal abilities. This is a city that never sleeps.

Home of(6/6): Jaris Justice, Jackson Flares, Terry Keys, Prue Benson, Lehava, James King(Hirod)


Steel City (Titans East): Like the name, a very
industrious city with smut filling the air. Huge on organized crime and Home of
Titans East.

Border Town (Titans South): In Mexico, a very dusty
and westernized area but very festive with culture during the holidays. Many
Bandits and Grave Robbers; Home of Titans
South.

Diamond City (Titans North): A city with a very
rustic feel. Nice people with corrupted minds of perfection. If you live here
you need to benefit the greater good; Home of Titans North.

DeMoore Tower: Home of Julius DeMoore. Heavily
guarded with the latest in technology to ward off super beings. No has got in
and lived to tell about it.



The Academy: The Academy
is made for super humans and beings who want to stay in peace with DeMoore but
want have a way to use their powers. Here you learn tactical patterns with your
fellow classmates and go on missions of misconduct around the world. Staying
here gives you a slight advantage over most as you can be well prepared as you
get Briefings on your missions and have more experience with fighting.





Basic Rules apply here so don't get Goddy or too unfair unless the situation tilts in your favor.

Don't go godmoddy and you're still trying to gain control of your powers so you shouldn't be a master at whatever your power is. Also keep the action suttle but rising till we hit around the 20's.

Terry is sitting on the couch watching TV in the large living room in the Titan's tower, with the look of extreme bordom on his face. He flips through the channels saying,

"No, no, nope,nada, no, no......hell no!...no ,no." He continues this for a while, he sighes and says,

"1000+ channles and there's nothing to watch on any of them." He slumps down al the way into the couch still, with a bored look on his face, flipping through the channel.

Lehava sighed while she stood in front of the two big doors that were to Teen Titans. She sighed while writing down her name and phone number.

two days ago-

"Lehava you got mail." Lehava's boss said while he looked up at her. She had walked threw the door to her work that was a Ramen shop. She sighed and looked at him funny. "I don't have any family. My sister doesn't know where I am...so who would be writing to me?" The boss man shrugged. "Maybe it's a secret ad." Lehava roled her eyes knowing that he was going to talk about the time that he had one in high school.

now-

Lehava turned away she had knocked on the door but wasn't going to wait. 'My lunch hour is up...' She thought while stepping down the stairs. 'if they want to talk so badly they can come and find me.' She thought while turning invisable. She didn't have enough money to get a fairie ride and a taxi to where she had to go to. So she just went inivsable.

[never mind he isnt with titans of the east no more]

Jackson, seeming to come out of nowhere, jumped in the air and grabbed the remote from Terry. He landed on the couch, now flipping through an assortment of his favorite channels.

He stopped on a channel that had a cartoon coyote falling off a cliff. Jackson immediately started to crack up.

"Boy I love this show." He said as he tried to catch his breath. He continued to crack up constantly every time something happenned to the coyote.

Angel started to fly around. He flew past a bank being robbed. "Well thats none of my business." He continued to fly. He eventually flew towards the Titans of the West tower. He knocked on the door so he can tell them that the bank was being roobed.

Terry looked at Jackson with a blank look on his face. He then said,

"I can't believe your my best friend, Your like what 16 years old and you still watch coyote cartoons. You're a lose you know that Jackson?" The computer screen then dropped down in front of the TV to show that someone was at the door. Terry looked at the person and said to Jackson,

"It looks like Angels, I'll see what he wants."He pressed a buttpm and said over the intercom at Angel,

"What's up Angel? SO What do you what?"

Lehava sighed while she bent over the tolet. 'I thought that I got rid of this!' She thought while puking into the tolet.

Lehava sighed while she flushed it all down. "LEHAVA WE HAVE CUTSOMERS!" Lehava mumbled something under her breath then stood up. She had been sick for a week now.

When Lehava got out of the bathroom she looked around. "You little-" She whispered while seeing that there was only one person there. Lehava worked at a Ramen shop in the middle of the city.

When Lehava got to her place she glared at her boss. "You little lair!" Her boss smiled, but then he frowned. "You're still sick aren't you? I told you to go to the doctors!" Lehava roled her eyes. "I don't have time for doctors to tell me something that I already know!" Her boss roled her eyes. "Whatever, if that cold is not gone by the time that your real boss get's here next week then you are going to be fired." Lehava just gave him a dumb founded look.

"You've fired me twice threw the month..." He just smiled at her, then he threw her a towel. "And yet you still come back." Lehava smiled. 'You're a weirdo.' She thought while her boss started to sing to himself. Lehava stared at the door. She wondered about the big tall T that standed for Teen Titans.

'I knew that it was all fake.' She thought while she started to wash bowls.

Angel looked up. "I just wanted to let you know that the bank was being robbed. I didn't want to interfere cause it's none of my business." He thought to himself "maybe the guys got away I'm not sure."

Jaris risen from his bed. Tired and frightful from his recoring dream. The dream that's been haunting him since he was 9. Now he 16 and a hero to some, hated by many.

Jaris went into his closet and picked out the same outfit he wore a day ago. He went to the living room and made himself a bowl of raisin bran. He walked out over to the couch, noticing Jackson was watching cartoons again.

" Still watching that childhood cartoon?" He asked Jackson.

Prue was in her room, her teammates were probably looking for something to watch on tv or fighting over something. She sighed as she listened to ipod and read her book.

Well at least nothing crazy has gone on and I can get some reading done for once......between fight villains.....and my teammates I feel like I never have any time for myself.....

She sighed calmly as it was nice to have some peace and quiet and not have people bothering her.

Azrael sat on the roof of a tall office building. He positioned himself near the edge and sat himself down cross legged. His dead eyes looked down at the people below, then slowly up over the many office blocks and industrial factories. Society disgusted him. His eyes wandered father up to the bay and the small island where the Titan's Tower stood. He maintained the dead look for a while and then closed his eyes and mind to the world outside. His hands rested on his knees and he took a deep breath. He slowly lifted off the building and hovered a few feet above the already towering office building. His mind quieted and he forgot the world about him.

A cardinal perched on the top of a street light. It was odd to see one this time of year, and even more odd to see that it had an underside of white down feathers. This was because it was actually Jason Wythal the shape-shifter out for a day about the town. The bird chirped, but was heard by none over the honks and screeches of the traffic below. He watched the busy pedestrians on the sidewalk and gave another chirp.

Everything seems in order on this side of town. I wonder if maybe Ben Ash's cheesecake shop is being robbed.... he thought and took off in search of his second favorite place in Steel City.

After several days of drifting throug space, fell a sleep. She continued to float aimlessly through through the endless darkness. While she was sleeping she drifted on the earth. She was soon pulled in by the earth's gravational pull, she began to wake up as she fell through the atmsophere. She finally fully awoke whenshe hit the ocean in a gaint splash. She woke up and bursted out of the water. She emegred and looked at the world around her and said,

"Where am I? What is this strange place?" She began to float through the city, that was home to the Titan's East.

The cardinal flew through the street's happily and did a couple loop-de-loops. Jason loved the sensation of flight almost as he did cheesecake. He flew higher and faster.

He spotted something falling from the sky in his peripheral vision and turned that way. He got closer to see what looked like an ordinary girl flying out of the bay and through the city. He morphed into a peregrine falcon and turned to fly along side the girl at a distance of about 10 feet. He watched the being curiously, but didn't contact it at all.

Perhaps a red and white flacon won't seem odd to her... heheh...*groan* he thought, realizing his mistake.
