Village: Konoha (leaf village)

Clan History: Many centuries ago they lived on Nagi Island. Most were simple farmers and laborers. During wars there they learned the ways of the shinobi and fought for them selves. They were almost completely wiped out and only a small group survived. After the war a famine came upon the land and they were forced to migrate west across the sea to the Fire country. They have since grown much more and revived the clan. They have continued to learn the ninja arts and have honed theirs skills in genjutsu. For ages they have lived in the Fire country and now hold a high reputation in Konoha as expert genjutsu users.

Clan description: A large clan who is very loyal to Konoha and serves the Hokage avidly. Many wise ninja have come out of this clan and they are always ready to defend their country and friends. They are happy people and can keep moving through even the worst situations, as was shown in their past. They are very humble in their actions and are not to prideful to refuse compromise. Many see this as weakness but the Rosuto clan sees it as strength.

Kekkei Genkai Description: Kenragan: It is a Doujutsu which, when activated lets the user use genjutsu much easier then they would without it. Also if the user can look directly into an opponents eyes, they may be overcome by fear and they become much more vulnerable to genjutsu. It becomes much harder for them to release or counter, however using this “Death Stare,” as it is called, requires a lot of chakra to fully activate and use against an opponent. Kenragan is usually learned around age 10. When activate their eyes (including whites) turn completely red and their pupils stretch into wolf-ish slits which remain black.

Jutsu: No specific jutsu are learned, though the very difficult genjutsu become much easier for the user and require less chakra and chakra control.

Bloodline type: Altered body

Bloodline limit/ability: instant cell regeneration (think kabuto if you must)

Bloodline ability: Ketsugo clan members can regenerate cells all over their body using there chakra and their life, small wounds are healed when they are taken but larger wounds that would normally could lethal and not out of the ordinary can be healed using large amounts of chakra and a part of their life. The clan as a short life because of the constant regeneration throughout the clan members life. The oldest clan member was 42 when he died of natural causes.

(wounds that can be healed: small to large cuts, internal bleeding, broken and or fractured bones. anything to that nature Cant be healed: anything extreme like being cut in half, large holes in the body, or regenerating limbs though they can stop the bleeding. being poisoned

Clan description: The clan is rather small due to the shortened life span of the clan members. all clan members receive the ability through the father, the mother cannot pass the ability onto their own children so it keeps the clan small.

Female clan members receive half the gene of the ability, allowing them to live a normal lifespan and also the ability of regeneration (though it will use more chakra then the other 'regular' clan members). It is incredibly rare but the male can receive this through a mutated genes.

Clan size: small, 20-30 people all together.

Clan history: Some say the Ketsugo clan was started by a man who had tricked a demon into granting him a wish. The man told to make sure that he and his descendents would never die in battle. The demon, angry at the man granted his wish giving him the ability of the Ketsugo clan. the man lived through every fight he was in thanks to the healing ability the demon gave him. ten years later the demon visited the man at his home, the man laughed at the demon foolishly, the demon had enough of the man and cursed him and his descendents to a short life before disappearing as the crumpled and died on the spot.

that is a story handed down from the father to their son explaining their condition. Another more scientific story to the clans berth is a man with partially mutated genes from the constant use of medical jutsu married and later had the first Ketsugo clan member and they have grown ever since.

Bloodline limit/ability: Increased Speed; Electricity Manipulation; Lightning Affinity

Bloodline ability: The speed of the clan member increase by 3x and also allows use of clan secret techniques involving electricity.

Activation phrase: "Denki!"

Symbol: The symbol is usually located on the sleeve of their shirt and a bigger version of the symbol on their shirt's back. Also is a tatoo on the back of their right hand.


Clan description: The secret techniques, such as the Denki Activation, are only to be taught to every other generation, no matter boy or girl. In only special cases, such as if a war is going on and the tchniques are needed, will somone out of the wrong generation will be taught these techniques.

Clan size: This clan is very small, especially since the fact that for a moment, the clan 'died', but came back miraculously. Maybe about 30 members are in this clan, although only about 5 or 6 know the secret techniques.

Clan history: This clan has only been around for a couple years in the Leaf Village, being because of a death of the clan, and it coming back soon after a couple members 'repopulated'. The clan was started in the Cloud Village, which is the most part for their 'electrifying' techniques. The clan in the Cloud Village was really popular, and was a highly respected clan there. It started when a man found out how to use the abilities of lightning in a smaller, but more productive way. He married and had children, and started his name as a clan name, making secret scrolls with the techniques he learned how to use, and the extra abilities he made, confidentially for the clan member's eyes only, and to be more specific, for every other generation's eyes only. After an attack on the village, they fled with only but a few members, being because most of them died. They travelled far, and many more died. The equipment they carried (such as their secret scrolls), got heavy. Even more members died on their travels. Luckily, they finally made it to the Leaf Village, where they were taken in only because of thei desperate time of need. Only about 5 members survived the fatal accident. There, with the few members, they 'repopluated' once more, hopin they could revive their clan.

These people were very religious. In the old story of the manwho found their clan, they were told that the divine scrolls of their clan's secret techniques were given to him by the lightning god. Although most don't believe this anymore, considerring that their logic went up, they do believe that these techniques they were blessed with from their ancestors must have a meaning, a purpose, and they KNOW it has a great strength. Although non-believing to the story of the lightning god, most still believe this god is real and looks down upon them n the depth of battle. They believe he is the one that gives them power. To show their respect, each clan member has a pure gold necklace, with a symbol that resembols lightning, as if it's about to strike down on the ground. Another way they show their respect is, every year, they have a SECRET place they go to. A lightning storm hits that place every year. At that spot, they have a festival celebrating the lightning god, and each of them cut their arm and give some blood to the lightning god. Although they have weird traditions, they still have pretty awesome techniques.

This section will clarify how the clan almost died, making it almost extinct, as well as their secret scrolls. At a time, they were just a regular clan in the Cloud Village. They had peaceful lives, great shinobi, great wrokers. But when a surprise attack on the Cloud Village erupted, the clan was literally almost taken out. Some say that the attack on the Cloud was actually done to get rid of the Itonami clan themselves, for some greedy souls wanted their secret scrolls. But luckily, as the Cloud retalliated, the Itonami clan fled from the village with every one of their secret scrolls and secret items. They fled on a journey to find a more peaceful and reliant village, but only came onto villages that didn't want any more residents. Altogether, about 20 members were able to escape form the Cloud, but because of serious injuries, only about 5 made it to the Leaf. They begged for the Leaf to allow them to stay, and out of generousity, they were allowed into the Leaf Village. They were given but only a small section of the village, which was all they needed at the time. Soon after treating their wounds and gaining their strength, they hid the scrolls from anyone's eyes in a (secret) place that no one would be able to find, besides the elders of the clan. As they stayed at the Leaf, they soon had the inspiration to revive their clan that was once lost. They quickly 'repopulated' and gained back in number. They stood by their traditins and even still only showed every other generation the secret scrolls of their clan. Their clan quickly grew, and now, there is even about a total of 30 known members now in this clan, although only about 5 known members know the secret techniques.

Clan "job": As of now, because of the clan being real new, the clan doesn't have a 'specific' job assigned to them. Although, the ones who carry out the techniques are known to be great shinobi.

Clan availability: Only about 2 or 3 spots are open because of the history.

Clan Jutsu:

-Denki (Activation): This technique is strictly and activation, making their techniques much easier to use. A sign of this activated, besides the fact of them saying "Denki!", is a small amount of electricity comes from their fingertips and wind quickly goes around their feet real quick. Another way to show that they activated this technique is that the symbol on their hand starts to glow bright red. This activation makes their speed increase by 3x as stated above. This attack is mainly learned at academy student level, showing the clan that they are ready to be a ninja. If the ydon't learn it at that level, the clan themselves would make him stay back for another year. D

-Fukatacchi (Electrified Touch): An easy technique to learn, and only needs one specific hand seal. After the hand seal is done, the user changes his stance with his fingertips out. It makes the touch of the user send a 'small' surge of electricity through the opponents body. This doesn't do much damage but a small twitch and can be made worse if mastered. Mostly only to do slightly more damage than a regular hit. This attack is mainly learned at high academy student or low genin level. D

-Fukadaichi (Electrified Ground): After doing the hand seals needed, the user touches the ground and a surge of electricity goes through the ground in a circle with a 10 meter radius around the user. This mainly paralyzes the opponent for a short amount of time, as well as doing regular damage to them. This attack is fairly hard to learn and is mostly learned at genin level. C

-Fukakyanon (Electrified Cannon): After doing the hand seals needed, the user holds his hand out and a ball of lightning forms in his hand. The attack can then be shot from the opponents hand at an amazing speed, but can be easily dodged. This attack is mainly used for slow opponents or opponents trapped/stuck. This attack can paralyze the opponent for an amount of time as well as do normal damage. This technique is hard to learn and is mostly learned at chunin or high genin level. C

-Hada-Hadou (Body Surge): After grabbing the opponent, the user sends a surge of electricity through the opponents body. This can do damage to the opponents insides as well as make him twitch and be paralyzed for an amount of time. This technique is fairly hard to learn and is mostly learned at high genin or chunin level. C

-Heki-Chisoku (False Speed Technique): A secret technique to the Itonami clan. This technique releases all the stress on the user for an hour, making his speed 10x faster. This technique is a high chunin level technique. After the use of this technique, the user shall be immobilzed for at least an hour, just as long as the technique lasts. This is mostly a last resort technique if extra speed is needed. This technique is pretty hard to learn. A

-Masu-Kyuuzou (Mass Explosion): A secret and forbidden technique to the Itonami clan. Not needing any hand seals, but straight concentration. After concentrating all of their chakra from their body, the user's chakra looks as if electricity is crawling around the area. After going about a good radius of 20 meters, the chakra stops. The user conentrates once more, and the chakra releases with a mass explosion everywhere. This not only does massive damage to the opponent that it hits, but also does dmage to the user himself, maybe even killing him, which makes this techniqe forbidden. S

Side effects: The side effects to the activation of their bloodline limit as well as the jutsu is extreme exhaustion. The side effect mostly occurs after 3 uses of the 'Denki' or after 3 hours of the first use if not used again.

Bloodline ability: kooringan (The Koorigan causes the iris to turn blue, and three tall triangles span from pupil to the outer edge of the iris)
kooringan level 1-one triangle- Allows short glimpses of chakra network and slightly enhanced comprehension and tracking of movement. Using this form does not consume chakra.

kooringan level 2 - two traingles- Allows constant view of chakra network in a small span of sight and further enhanced comprehension and tracking of movement. Using this form constantly costs chakra.

Level 3- three triangles- Allows constant view of chakra network in nearly the full span of sight, though its still not quite clear. Also it allows the same level of enhanced comprehension and tracking of movement as the sharingan at 2 tomoe. Using this form consumes double the chakra of Level 2.

Bankakyou Koorigan- This form allows jutsu unique to a person to be performed. you must do somthing evil(yay evil!)

Clan description: The Clan spends its time honing its ice capabilities. They go on many missions a day for the village, and they are completely loyal to it. Most of the clan members are Jounin/anbu. Clan members inherit the chakra affinities water and wind.

When a Hyoton user betrayed the Leaf Village and ran off with a Uchiha, they became hated by both villages and remained in hiding multiplying their numbers. The clan was forgotten and now lives among the leaf Village without them knowing that their ancestors once betrayed them.

Clan description: this clan was famous from the time of war this clan specializes in combing fire and earth style jutsu and learns the element earth and fire jutsu eaiser when a child is born has a symbol on his right hand if it looks like the sign of the dragon the child shall be able to use fire style jutsu easier, if the symbol is a elephant the child will be able to use earth style jutsus easier. This symbol becomes a birth mark and in battle when this symbol glows (either activated or glows on its own which i believe would be the first time of activation) the user will experence a rush of chakra and will be able to use their specilazed jutsu more fluently during the battle.

Clan history: The Clan started in Kiri as an experiment. a group of shinobi from Kiri volunteered to undergo animal-human experimentation. Their Genes were mixed with Feline genes causing them to gain feline-like qualites. After the bloodline killings only a few members known members survived and fled to Konoha. The only current known living members are Kenji Shitora and his parents. Being a clan from kiri they have an affinity of water.. and the other affinity is later discovered. (your choice for 2nd affinity)
