Description: The user began to make hand a bunch of hand signs. The series of hand signs is used to lure the opponent to attack. As they are attacked and hit, The opponent is already trapped in the genjutsu. This genjutsu makes the opponent experience the what it feels like to achieve there most desired dream, and then it show that dream being striped away, in the most brutal way possible. This jutsu will cause psychological damage to the opponent, making them break down, or loss there focus. It usually makes them break down mentally. (was originally made by Duarma Cross, but I twick it a bit)

Name: Nenshou Gensui(Burning Decay)
Type: Genjutsu

Description: Sakura makes hand sign, and focuses chakra into her hands. She then uses the Eikyuugan to sense the chakra flow of her opponent. She then strikes them with her in of her hand and sends the chakra she accumulated through her opponent to disrupt there flow, causing the jutsu to take place. The actually genjutsu cause the opponent to feel excruciating pain. The opponent began to see their flesh being pulled and burnt off, they will also feel the pain, of there flesh being pulled an ripped off. This well cause extreme mental break down, the enemy well faint from the mental collapse after awhile of being trapped in this jutsu. Even if they manage to escape they will feel very fatigued, because of the mental strain. The peeling and burning of the skin represents the opponents mental state. The more skin that is burnt off the more the mind decays. When the entire body has been stripped of it’s skin the mind will completely decay and the opponent will become brain dead. The seriousness decreases if the jutsu is canceled before then. To escape this genjutsu, requires extreme concentration, which the user wills not beadle to accumulate because of the pain. But it can also be released by someone else focusing there chakra through you, or a force that is out of the genjutsu, like cut yourself with a weapon are causing some kind of minimal damage to yourself. Sakura has not mastered this justu and is still developing it. This will be the end result.

Name: Sakura’s Savagery
Type: Genjutsu

Users Sakura (not going to have until she masters the Eikyuugan)
Description: This genjutsu requires extremely immense chakra control. Sakura is able to perform this because of the first fully master female Eikyuugan. Those who do not possesses the female mastered Eikyuugan, (which probably no one will) can still learn this jutsu, but it will be extremely hard to learn,added on to the difficulty of it already being a S rank Jutsu. The jutsu is performed by Sakura placing a curled fist up to her mouth. She then opens her hand and blows. Cherry blossom petals come flying out in the billions. Once the opponents see the petals, it’s too late. The blossoms well in gulf the enemy and cut them deeply, the cuts are not real, but they well still feel the pain. When the petals clear, the opponent will be tied down with ropes of the very petals that cut them. Razor sharp thorns will then spike out for the petal ropes, piercing the opponent. A very powerful wave of electricity will then be shocked out of the spikes. After the shocking is complete, the ropes well tighten, and then pull apart, ripping the opponent into tiny pieces (all of this is illusion). This will result in total mind rape, the opponent well be useless as a human in general, and may even die from the brain trauma. Each step is signaled by a hand motion given by the user. You can only do one step per post. Meaning that it will take about 3 posts to complete the jutsu.The only way this Jutsu can be dispelled is by someone forcing their chakra into the victim. Can only be cast one person at a time. Also This Genjutsu uses up a lot of chakra, and take a lot of chakra control. It can only be used twice every 4 days (4real days).

Nenshou Gensui (Burning Decay) is far too powerful for an A rank jutsu. Any Genjutsu that brings permanent damage should be S-SS rank... Actually, I don’t think permanent damage with Genjutsu is allowed. Both jutsu are like killing an opponent, and you need the member’s permission to do something like that. A good idea would be if they weren’t permanent. Sakura’s Savagery should probably last longer than the other jutsu, but permanent is a no…

Another thing... Sakura’s Savagery seems to be a “Win no matter what” jutsu, unless two people are fighting you. All Genjutsu can be broken, but the stronger it is, the harder it is to break free. Maybe you can just remove the limit (About how many times you can use it a day), to compensate...

Name: Lightning release: lightning bolt

Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Type: Attack

Description: this jutsu creates a lightning bolt of varying power and speed. the user can control how fast the bolt goes. the bolt can reach the speed of light, and it can go as slow as a slug depending on what the user wants. if you are a low chuunin level this jutsu will not allow you to control the speed. it will goes at a speed of 80mph. the power of this jutsu also depends on its speed. if it goes at sluggish speeds then it will be extremly powerful, but almost impossible to hit. if it goes at the speed of light, then it will be extremely weak, but almost impossible to dodge (usually only an extremly high level uchiha/hyuuga, or kage level can dodge and thats saying a lot.) at these speeds the bolt will merely shock u, depending on how powerfull the user is it might just paralyze u temporarily (1-2 posts). No one can control this jutsu's movment. it goes in a straight line by nature.

Name: Lightning release: Great Lightning Dragon

Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Description: the user performs 55 hand seals (takes 3 post) to perform the jutsu. after doing this, a dragon made of complete lightning will decease from the sky (the lightning was formed into a dragon by the chakra) and is controlable by the user. this jutsu takes lots of chakra and chakra control. only high level jounin from the hidden cloud are taught this jutsu. once the jutsu is perform the user will be able to control the dragon untill he/she disperses the dragon, or untill their chakra runs out. the jutsu moves at regular jutsu speed, but has huge powers. direct hits can be fatal.

Name: Lightning Release: Lightning Storm Jutsu

Description: the user uses chakra to summon dark clouds and form a lightning storm. the user can then chose to power up the lightning (at the cost of speeding it down) or leave it as nature intended it. the user can then control the falling lightning and make it hit pretty mugh anywhere in range, including himself if he so desires (not really smart thing to do though...). if the user has low chakra control, then he might not be able to fully control the lightning, so using this would become a risk to himself. the jutsu will last untill the user disperses it or runs out of chakra. the user can summon more clouds if clouds begin to disappear (requires more chakra.) this move is taught ONLY to the cloud villages Raikages by the retiring Raikage, and is passed down from Raikage to Raikage. the jutsu was lost when Yamato took control of the cloud village, massacred it, and left. The jutsu can still be learned if a master sharingan warrior sees yamato perform all the handsigns, and every detail of the jutsu. Yamato can choose to leave out some parts, and the sharingan warrior would not completely learn the jutsu.

One thing wrong about the lightning bolt thing... If something moves at the speed of light in Naruto, it is impossible to dodge. In the Naruto-verse, moving at the speed of sound is incredibly amazing, you know. At the speed of light, the bolt could hit you several times before you even notice the pain...
In one interview, Kishimoto said that while they (People in the Naruto-verse) have TVs, fridges, cameras, etc, they don’t have guns. The reason they don’t have guns, is that Kishimoto doesn’t want to overpower the ninja (Making them able to dodge bullets).

The other jutsu are fine.

well thats why i decreased its power. if u make it go at thew speed of light then it probably wont even sting u...but if ur a weakling and the guy who uses it is strong then it might paralyse u...but i don't think ill be needing to use it on mere genins anyway me being in yakunan and all....i know what u mean though....and som1 could easily deflect it at that power if they have good reflexes too...

Name: Plasma Ball Ultimate Defense Jutsu

Description: this jutsu was created by Yamato, shortly after his resurection. he first summons clouds to shoot lightning, but instead of shooting it at the enemy, it goes down straight at him. before hitting him he uses chakra to mold the lightning into a ball surrounding him. the ball is hard to penatrate since it is 100% pure lightning, and chakra holding it together. one way to destroy it would be to somhow destroy the chakra holding the lightning together. this is proabably impossible since the chakra is on the inside of the ball. this jutsu is known only by Yamato and can be taught only by yamato.

DS- the dog summoning jutsu im going to say no to because you could just sign a pack with a reg summoning jutsu for those so no, and ovbiously rank matters so no on what you can summon because thats just a reg summoning pack.

Hf- no to the first jutsu because it should either be less easy to control or B ranked because the rank is too low i think.

not really. u can vary the strength. and when its too fast it will be really weak. so basically there is no point in using it at that speed. but i dont really care so its b rank now -.-
